Have I mentioned how much I love Target? This dress was priced at a reasonable $26. I love it. I wear it all the time. Apparently it was such a great deal, that about 5 of my coworkers have the exact same dress. We all have different colors of it. We all keep it in our summer rotation. Thats about every other week.
Hey, when its this easy, whats not to love?
dress- Target; shoes- Kohls (2 years ago); purse- market in Italy; watch- Walmart.
stepping outside the normal professional-wear at work and going with a fun skirt for the day. i had a fun leopard print skinny belt picked out to wear but it does not fit. i might have to get some holes punched in it so i can make it a smidge tighter!
yes. my entire outfit is from plato's closet- for less than 20 bucks! let me just say that these pants are THE BEST. they are high-waisted...wide leg..and have a satin sash. i got them for 12 dollars, and they still had the F21 tags on them. the top is a thin sweater-like material with satin at the neckline. they are wonderful together. love love love.
ok, done with that.
now i am on a mad hunt for other fun trousers. like these paperbag waist pants. which this picture is from the jcrew website, but i was unable to locate the pants. if anyone has any tips, please send them my way. :)
p.s. i named this post 'boy meets world' because i have been watching it lately. it comes on at 6:30 AM so i watch it while getting ready for work. definitely worth it.
okay, so thats a really cheesy title....its because my sweater is lauren conrad for Kohls. but guess what? its classy, comfy, and i love it! and on that note, kohls always has a rockin' sale rack. seriously. go check it out. NOW! :)
tights: Target. skirt: Old Navy. top: Old Navy. necklace: F21.
although i was not in new orleans for the sugar bowl, i still had to get dressed up and support the hogs from my office.
its a pretty casual top for my office, but i dressed it up with the necklace and highwaisted-skirt. a co-worker even asked where i got my top because she wanted one! she guessed jcrew...but no, its the cheapie from old navy and it ROCKS! :)
so we had a little tailgate party at the end of the work day...i made a BIG batch of puppy chow. also known as muddy buddies. and guess what- i won the award of 'best use of sugar'!!! get it? ;)
